What's New: Now that My Back is Better!

Yes, my back is now more back to normal but I have to be careful not to rush into heavy physical work projects.

The back pain has cleared, but the muscles have had too long a holiday so I need to go slow with any heavier lifting or carrying things. Some effort is good to give the muscles a chance to strengthen. But in my enthusiasm I have to be careful not to over-use those muscles right away.

This inspired me to get back to my online business as well, and there I have to go easy at first as I sort out my priorities.

I've signed up for a course of short lessons on organizing your business goals and projects so that it is possible to get a lot more done, but to make sure my goals are not brushed off too fast. One must pace herself!

I've already been able to download some simple workflow plans to help organize my goals and how to pace them, also to know when to reuse a good idea and get extra uses out of it.

One idea last week was to organize my files into categories so that they are easier to find. I got most of that done in one afternoon! I cleared heaps of clutter in my filing system!

I took pages of notes from one woman's site about focusing the information to draw a reader in and assure them I have a solution for their problem.

Yesterday I looked over the first sheet, and started to jot down ideas for how to do that on the first page of six of my sites. Each one letting visitors know what I have to offer there, and how it will help them.

Now to move ahead and start fleshing them out! I feel inspired and ready to be truly productive!

Top Recommended Vitamin B12 Supplements

My Mom was weak and frail. Her doctor prescribed vitamin B12 for her because her body didn't produce enough for her, as her bone marrow didn't produce enough blood cells.

I've since learned that taking a tiny tablet of B12 can increase my own strength and energy.

But recently I learned online that there are at least two different kinds of B12, and they have different effects on our bodies.

Cyanocobalamin (stable) in dosages of 1,000-5,000 mcg. but it is a synthetic (not natural) version. It can be of some help but is not as good as the natural form, Methylcobalamin, which is recommended for superior absorption and supporting nerve health. It dissolves naturally under the tongue, and thus goes to work in the body right away.

T

he synthetic version does some good but is not so well absorbed by the body. So I've switched to the Methylcobalamin. I notice more energy too.
