I'm Driving Again!

Yes, some liberty has come to me, and I do praise and thank the LORD. I was able to drive to mi chiropractor on Friday, and then to Church on Sunday, a first since Christmas Eve! I even got some shopping in afterward!

I had another appointment (arranged by my new nurse- Practitioner) -yesterday. It was to thoroughly have my legs, particularly because of a huge purple spot on my right leg. It had a hard-yet-tender spot... I've been reassured that it is not a blood clot.

However, the nurse at the HomeCare Treatment Center did a careful check of my blood pressure at a number of points on my arms and legs, and she was pleased to tell me that I have a strong pulse at all points.

The nurse will report to my Nurse Practitioner and she will decide if anything further need be done in this regard.

I've been noting the YouTube videos online about how Canadian seniors will have to pass a number of tests to keep their drivers' license to continue driving. This is making me a bit antsy I need to find out just what the new rules are here in Saskatchewan. I won't be driving much in other provinces. Losing my ability to drive myself wherever I need to go - is a scary NEW thought!
