(With a pathetic whimper) Me!

I've been thinking all week on what domain name to choose that will be useful for a number of email funnels to set up at systeme.io. Then I learned that one must choose domains carefully.

If they have been owned before by someone who used it do a lot of spamming, it will not go over well with Search Engines. While researching how to check that out, I've discovered a few more things to watch out for, so I've stalled registering a new domain name until I have done all this checking. It is rather time-consuming, and I have other things that come up needing my attention, plus a friend with dementia who calls me a number of times a day to ask for help, or just to cry on my shoulder.

I've been waiting for my niece and her husband to come for this desk suite - and I had to admit to the Lord this morning that I've become rather impatient. So I just resolved that I will CHOOSE to believe that HE, (the LORD) can work out a perfect timing for that adventure. (Sigh!) Which I know will be a rather noisy, very active time. Plus, then I'll need time to pack my stuff back into the drawers of my old desk IF it comes up from the basement the same day.

Of course, there is the garden to tend for an hour after my supper - unless it is raining - which is suppose to happen most of this week!

I know this appears to be whining, pure n' simple. BUT, I had some positive learning times in my research too!

Last night I came to a long list of videos showing how to set up email funnels, which is a FREE way to make money on your website. This is suppose to work really well on systeme.io, although I realize now that it will work from my other sites too. The trick is to write very tactful and winsome emails in a series that leads someone from being interested in something I have to offer, to deciding that they MUST BUY it.

One young woman was excited that she had tried it all year - last year - with no expenses at all, and she made a million dollars. This year she thought she'd add some extra features, which cost her, but it wasn't nearly as profitable as last year. So she has gone back to the same plan as she used last year. Why discard something so profitable, eh?

When selling digital products, you don't have to connect with the buyers, as you would with physical products that you must ship to them. So in effect, once you have set up a good digital funnel, just let it roll and automatically deposit the income into your bank account.
