I was researching last night to find out how to define my own personal "brand." This is suppose to be important when you have a business and you want potential customers or your clients to trust you.
Well, I thought I had already made it clear on several of my websites that the key thing to know about me is that I'm the "Responsible One." I've even created a pamphlet that people can print out if they want to know me better.
But then I've also compared myself to a gem-stone with many facets. So it can take a while for new friends to really get to know me.
However, I've been reading that to do business online it is important to make your brand clear so that new contacts can quickly identify you and what kind of person you are.
Well, as a "Responsible One" I like to obey when given a new
command. So I was researching this last evening, and found
a number of videos on this topic, but especially by one woman,
who spoke enthusiastically on this topic. If you want to get to
know her, go see her site;
So.... I was just trying to type up my scribbled notes, and I thought, I should ask some of my trusted friends to help me answer these questions. That might give me a better sort of insight than just what "I think I'm like."
If this works out I'll use some of your ideas to describe myself on my websites as I re-do them to give the right impression of what I'm like. Can I be trusted? Do I have good ideas?
What would you say are my MISSION? VALUES? & PURPOSE? (Or have you never picked up any clues from me?)
If a total stranger comes to my website, are there enough clues or statements to indicated what I stand for? Would I be safe to do business with?
If you give me your answers, I may just want to use them. So I thank you in advance. God's blessings on you!
