Fresh Marketing Insights

I'm still waiting for the camera I ordered online to arrive, so last night, as I couldn't do much with the models until the new camera arrives, I looked over my research notes on marketing plans, and tried to condense them to just a few lines of what I felt most could apply to me.

last night, as I couldn't do much with the models until the new camera arrives, I looked over my research notes on marketing plans, and tried to condense them to just a few lines of what I felt most could apply to me.

Last week I had filled two pages (with 2 columns each) full of ideas. Last night I reduced them to just 3 inches of space in one column.

I was still concerned about the amount of work on social media that seems to be required for any modern business idea. Then, closer to midnight, I came across a YouTube video by a woman, whose videos I've liked in the past, and she explained how she had found that giving up all that social media marketing and just doing some limited advertising had tripled her income!

(Gillian has 5 kids, so I can see why she can't spare any time for daily rounds of the social media platforms, besides running her business.)

It was midnight and time to shut down for the night, but I saw that the videos that were suggested along the right side were now full of others also explaining how they had given up on social media for their business ventures. Well! That strikes me as very good news!

Now I have a new angle to research!

Listen to a Christian Classic Book

It is possible to listen to a 15 min. read of a Christian book, online; mostly novels, or books that have been well loved for many years in many countries. Along with many others I look forward to this on BBNradio.org Monday thru Friday, read by Lynn Brooks twice a day on their regular schedule.

What a great voice she has! With skill in becoming the different characters!

However, you can also access these readings by going to the on- Demand page of the bbnradio's site, (that is this link right below here: Just go down to the 4th row of images, and click the link "Christian Classics - Lynn Brooks" under her photo.)

bbn1.bbnradio.org/english/home/categories/programs-on-demand/.

Currently, the book she is reading is "The King's Daughter" by Isabella McDonald Alden (one I have not read before!). This book just began on March 1, but you can catch up by going on to this page:
bbn1.bbnradio.org/english/home/all-programs/christian-classics-lynn-brooks/.

There, click on the day of this week that you want to hear, and a player will pop up and let you listen to Monday's & Tuesday's or which-ever day's readings you want to hear, right to the end of the week. But you won't be able to start on the next week's readings until Monday rolls around.

When BBN listeners phone or write in, it is this program that is most often cited as the most favourite program of them all! I have to agree - it is my most favourite too, even though I like and appreciate most of them!

Bookmark that last link at the very least!
