I don't think I'm quite out of the woods yet with health issues but last Thursday I decided that I was spending too much time in the recliner and that I dozed off there too easily and got nothing done towards my business goals.
So I decided to get up and sit at the computer for as long a session I could stand - then only give up to go back to the recliner when I really felt a true need to do so.
Wonder of wonders, I've found that if I allow myself an after- noon nap, I can make it through the morning and part of the afternoon, and even through the evening until my normal bedtime at midnight. Praise the LORD!
I feel like I'm back into my usual business routines. I even got some extra project done. Yippee!
