Cramming My Lists - Before this Weekend

If you are used to going off on a weekend break fairly frequently, you may have your routine for packing up and closing your house for a few days, all memorized and you know exactly what you must do and how close to the departure time you can leave them.

Not so with me! Remember I told you last week that I was looking forward to this coming weekend vacation? Well, I'm leaving on Friday - and so far they have not written to cancel it. :)

But I've been excited enough to make myself lists of things I need to get done for packing, and the garden projects - I'm up to the last smaller area - to get done. Mind you, I see the forecast is for a heat wave here over the weekend and I won't be here to water everything....(sigh), and I'm also hoping to tie off a few business matter that I'd like to have done before the weekend.

So, yes, I'm cramming a lot of things into these last 4 days!

I suspect I'll have a lot to share next week in this RoseBouquet. Maybe airport/flight stories. Maybe more about catching up with my siblings and a niece, and meeting two new half-sisters(?) Probably our adventures in Steinbach and at Bird's Hill Park.... things like that.

Chances for some photos are pretty good!
