A Quick Garden Tour

It will be another week or two before the best and most flowers in my garden are at their best. But I looked over my photos this morning and realize that I could show some today. It was hard to choose, as there are plenty. (A photo story always takes longer to prepare than just a plain text RoseBouquet).

My rosy pink hollyhocks are blooming brightly near the west fence.

One of the tomato plants I started indoors in spring - a little too close to the path though.

This tomato plant after I trimmed out a number of branches - this will produce more tomatoes. Also, keep me from hurting it when I hurry by!

My white pumpkin plants are looking good!

Not many zucchini plants came up, but this one has a number of small zucchini started there.

Look! This year my watermelon plants have flowers! There is hope of real melons!

Zinna flowers to bloom soon and cucumbers have blossoms too! Looking forward to the next 2-3 weeks!

Must not forget my raspberries between my garage and the neighbour's. It has turned into a hedge even though I water them very seldom.

Sure enough! I spy some raspberries! Not quite ripe yet, but another treat to look forward to!
