If you wish to market products for
Ruthe's Secret Roses.
While I am eager to share with those who will promote and bring in additional sales via ClickBank, it is important that we lay out some basic ground rules.
We'll keep this simple;
On the one hand,
I'll have ClickBank keep track of buyers that come through your links, and they will send you 50% of those sales.
If you let me know you are promoting these links I'll give you a free subscription to the eAction a semi-weekly ezine for my downline
people. I want to encourage you and offer you tips for marketing.
On the other hand;
YOU, the Affiliate, must;
Be responsible in your own marketing strategies, so that you don't do anything to bring dishonour and shame on my name. This means no SPAM, harvesting emails of unsuspecting individuals, or purchasing and use of such lists.
You, the Affiliate agree not to use any predatory advertising methods in the promotion of my book, services or affiliate program. Predatory advertising is defined as any method that creates or changes links or banners on web sites without the expressed permission of that web site owner. Participation in predatory advertising programs will be cause for the affiliate's immediate termination.
You, the Affiliate/Merchant agree not to use any predatory advertising methods designed to generate traffic from sites they have not contracted with in the online promotion of the merchant's products, services or affiliate program and agrees to prohibit their affiliates from such predatory advertising methods.
Predatory advertising is defined as any method that creates or overlays links or banners on web sites, spawns browser windows, or any method invented to generate traffic from a web site without that web site owner's, knowledge, permission, and participation.
Examples include, but are not limited to, keyword parsing browser plugins such as TopText and +Surf, banner replacement technology such as Gator, browser spawning technology that is not web site dependent.
