June Rains Make Plants Jump Up

The June rains sure helped! the plants seemed to leap up to about a foot high, almost over night.


Looking toward the back fence, over the tomotoes and potatoes and corn. Everything seemed to thrive except the carrots. I sowed them over again, and still we have next to none. I think the problem was with too-old seeds.


The onions, tomatos and potatoes were doing well in June. Dad laid down a board path because of all the muddy soil.


Mushrooms popped up beside the rain barrels, which overflowed with every fresh shower. No need to water the rows by hand! Thank You, Lord!
